At the Susan Wojcicki Foundation, Loretta drives the operational engine behind the organization, managing grants, finances, and continuous process improvement to keep the Foundation's work running at its best.
Loretta brings over a decade of experience in operations, grants management, and cross-functional project leadership across the nonprofit and social impact sectors.
Most recently, she served as Interim Chief of Staff at Meridian Institute, where she partnered with senior leadership to translate strategy into operations, strengthen financial and project management systems, and drive alignment across teams. Earlier, she held roles at Edelman, PCI Media, and the World Resources Institute, leading complex programs and building systems to support effective, scalable execution.
Outside of work, Loretta enjoys exploring national parks, drawing inspiration from The Great British Bake Off, and learning new board games.
