Daria Kissner is a strategic communications leader with over two decades of experience shaping how leaders and teams communicate at mission-driven organizations.
An early partner to the Foundation, Daria was instrumental in building the organization’s communications frameworks, messaging, and voice. Previously, Daria built and led communications functions at Google and YouTube during some of the companies’ most pivotal growth eras.
Daria’s connection to the Foundation is personal, rooted in over 10 years alongside Susan as her communications partner. Daria saw up close how Susan led with a rare blend of brilliance and empathy, bringing people and communities together to solve the unsolvable. Today, Daria strives to bring that same ethos to her work at the Foundation, helping translate ambitious goals into measurable breakthroughs that deliver real-world impact.
Daria earned her degree in Communication from Stanford University and for fun she likes to cook (keeping only loosely to any recipe), play racquet sports, and soak up the beauty of Northern California–from wine country to Lake Tahoe–with family and friends.
