Bio
As Science Program Manager at the Susan Wojcicki Foundation, Mike Konwiak manages the complex, multi-institution programs working to advance next-generation lung cancer detection, including the first-of-its-kind biorepository that enables rigorous, side-by-side evaluation of emerging technologies.
Mike brings nearly two decades of program and project management experience in diagnostics and healthcare, with a track record of building the operational infrastructure that makes complex programs run. He has held leadership roles at DELFI Diagnostics, Exact Sciences, and Genomic Health, where he scaled delivery teams, managed cross-functional stakeholder relationships, and drove execution across regulated clinical and commercial environments.
Mike holds a BA from the University of Michigan. Outside of work, you will usually find him on a run, coaching youth baseball, or at a concert with family and friends. He also spent several years performing improv, a practice that helps in program management more than you'd think.
