Kimberly H. Chau is a seasoned clinical research executive and consultant with 20+ years of experience helping life‑science companies translate scientific programs into regulatory‑ready clinical evidence.
At the Susan Wojcicki Foundation, Kimberly leads strategic planning and operational execution for trials (Phase I–IV and post‑market), builds inspection‑ready quality systems, scales clinical teams to maximize operational efficiency, and manages complex vendor ecosystems.
Kimberly’s therapeutic experience includes oncology, cardiovascular, CNS, respiratory/pulmonary, endocrinology, infectious disease, and dermatology. She is committed to patient‑centered trial design, rigorous quality standards, and developing the next generation of clinical operations leaders.
A cum laude graduate of Boston University, Kimberly most recently served as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Exai Bio, where she implemented scalable operations, aligned cross‑functional goals, and strengthened processes for specimen management, regulatory, finance, data security, and risk‑mitigation.
